  • 1 kg of chicken
  • 1 scallion
  • 100 grams of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 red chilies

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons red chili
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon starch syrup or oligosaccharides

How to Process Chicken

  1. Take the chicken that you have prepared. Then cut the chicken according to your taste.
  2. When everything is cut into pieces, clean the chicken.
