How to Prepare Ingredients

  1. The first step you have to do is prepare the ingredients so that they are ready for processing. Please clean the chicken that you have prepared under running water. Clean the chicken from mucus or fat that is still attached. If so, drain it first.
  2. Then peel the onion and garlic that you have prepared. Set aside.
  3. Wash the red chilies, cayenne pepper, shallots and garlic. Drain first.
