How to make eclairs:

  1. The first thing to do is to preheat the oven and set the temperature in the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. After that, spread the baking sheet that you prepared using margarine evenly. This is so that later the dough baked on the baking sheet is not difficult to remove. For that, make sure that all the pans are evenly greased with butter. When you are done with butter, please sprinkle the pan with flour and lightly grease it. After that, please set it aside for a while.
  2. When finished, continue to chop the fried garlic using a knife and put it in a container and then set aside temporarily.

  8. Put the dough into a plastic triangle and make a hole in the bottom using a pair of scissors and then coat it with a syringe.
  9. Prepare a baking sheet and print the dough on top evenly with the size and shape you want.
