- Pertama kali langkah yang harus anda lakukan yaitu mengolah talas. Silahkan ambil talas yang sudah anda siapkan, kemudian kupas. Bersihkan talas dengan menggunakan garam. Lalu potong dengan ukuran 3x3x2 cm.
- Kupas pisang tanduk, lalu potong bulat dengan ketebalan 1 cm.
- Larutkan 1 sendok makan tepung maizena dengan 1 sendok makan air.
Cara Membuat Kolak Talas
- Siapkan panci berukuran kecil untuk membuat kolak. Lalu masukan air dan rebus hingga mendidih. Masukan bahan-bahan yang lainnya seperti daun pandan yang sebelumnya sudah dibersihkan bersama dengan gula pasir. Aduk merata hingga gula pasir larut. Rebus kembali hingga air mendidih.
