  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp starch syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 1/2 tbsp onions
  • 1 1/2 tbsp scallions

  1. The first step is to grind the beef you have prepared. Then season with the spices that have been determined. Stir until the beef is smooth.
  2. Cut the tofu into 4 parts, about 5x5x3 cm in size. Make a hole in the middle of the tofu that has been cut, then sprinkle with sago flour.
  3. Cut the dried red chilies into rounds with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut the onions into 1 cm, and also cut the garlic buds with a size of 5 cm. Cut the leek into rounds with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Stir well until all ingredients are perfectly mixed.
