- 2 glasses of water
- 50 grams of spring onions
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Kkakdugi seasoning
- 100 ml vegetable stock made from 1/3 pears, 1/3 onions, 100 grams radishes, 70 grams leftover rice
- 200 grams of red chili powder
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Japanese apricot juice
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons of liquid fish paste
- 3 tablespoons shrimp paste
How to Make Delicious and Delicious Kkakdugi
- Clean the radish that you have prepared. Then cut into 2 cm size.
- After that, prepare 2 glasses of water. Then add 4 tablespoons of salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Put the salt water into the radish pieces. Then let stand for about 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, rinse with cold water. Then strain.
- Cut the leeks into 5 cm pieces.
