How to Make Cake Dough:

  1. For the first one, we will prepare two round tins with a diameter of 22 cm and a height of 3 cm. Please grease the pan with margarine evenly. This is to prevent the pan from sticking, which makes the cake even more difficult to remove from the pan.
  2. After that, sift some ingredients such as flour, black glutinous rice flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. The trick, put these ingredients in a bowl and sieve using a sieve evenly until these ingredients are mixed and the large particles in the flour can be separated.
