  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • 10 pieces of Cayenne Pepper
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 6 grains of roasted hazelnut
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 knuckles Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Coriander

  • 5 bay leaves
  • 2 lemongrass, flatten
