  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • tsp salt
  • 3 pieces of cayenne pepper, coarsely ground
  • 3 tbsp oil for frying

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 hazelnuts

  1. Prepare the water along with the pot then you brew the noodles until they are cooked and float.
  2. After the noodles are considered cooked, then remove and drain.
  3. Prepare a frying pan with oil, then heat it over medium heat.
  4. Crack the eggs and scramble them. Once cooked then remove and set aside.
