Materials

Materials:

  • 250 gr hash meat
  • 1 tbsp tamarind, dissolve a little water
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • 50 gr brown sugar, finely comb
  • 750 ml coconut water can also use plain water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • enough cooking oil

Softened seasoning:

  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt

Smoothed Rawon Seasoning:

  • 7 red onions
  • 4 candlenuts , roasted
  • 5 pieces of kluwek, take the contents if the contents are dry, brew it with a little water
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 cm turmeric

Rawon Ingredients and Seasonings:

  • 1 lemongrass stalk , take the white part and crush it
  • 1 scallion , chopped
  • 1 segment of galangal, bruised
  • 5 lime leaves, remove the leaves
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 2 liters of water (add if necessary)

How to Make Fried Meat Empal:

  1. To make an empal dish this time you will be able to do it by first cutting the meat thin and wide. Please use a knife and do it carefully. When finished then put in a container and set aside temporarily. 

  2. Pour the ground spices along with the meat into a container. Then enter the galangal into it along with the tamarind water and add the brown sugar. Stir all of these dishes evenly until combined. 

  3. Next you will be able to pour the coconut water together into a pan and put the meat in it along with the spices that you have evenly coated. Cook this dish until it absorbs and the meat becomes more tender.

  4. After that, remove the meat and prepare a frying pan and then fry until cooked and skinned. Put in a container and set aside. 

How to Make Rawon Empal Fried Simple Delicious Sweet Seasoning:

  1. To make this rawon dish, please boil water in a pan and set it aside for a while. While waiting for the water to boil in the pot you will be able to prepare a frying pan and put oil in it then wait until the oil is hot.

  2. Enter the rawon spices that have been mashed evenly. Then enter the lemongrass along with the galangal and add the lime leaves to it. Stir well until you smell a nice and delicious aroma.
