  • 6 tbsp tapioca flour/starch
  • 1 celery stalk , thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 2 cloves of red onion
  • enough salt
  • 2 red chilies
  • enough flavoring

How to Make Cilok:

  1. The first step to start making this recipe, let's first make the cilok evenly.
