  • 1 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • tablespoon chili sauce
  • 5 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon sugar
  • teaspoon pepper powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • teaspoon lime juice
  • Right amount of oil

Processing Method

  1. Prepare a pan and water, then add the cleaned clams into the pan along with several ingredients, including ginger, lime leaves, lemongrass and salt.
