- 250 grams of soft-shelled crab, wash and cut into 2 parts
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 75 grams of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 50 ml water
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Right amount of oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- onion, thinly sliced
- 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- tablespoon cooking vinegar
- 1 leek, cut lengthwise
- carrot, peeled and cut lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons of peas
- 100 ml water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch and dissolve it in water
- Make a mixture of ingredients including flour, cornstarch, garlic, pepper powder, salt, and sugar, mix well.
- Add the eggs and water to the mixture, then stir until evenly distributed.
- Put the cleaned crab in the dough mixture. Set aside.

- Slowly pour in the water while stirring and wait for it to boil.
- Add vegetable ingredients including peas, carrots and leeks, cook until only half cooked.
- Pour the cornstarch solution into the dish, then cook until thickened.
- Before removing, add vinegar first, stir then set aside.
- Fry the floured soka crab until dry and cooked. Once cooked then lift and serve on a serving plate.
- Finally you pour the sweet and sour sauce on it.
- Serve while still warm.
