Classic Brownies Recipe
Brownies have become one of the most popular and very popular cakes in Indonesia. You can easily enjoy brownies made by various brands and can be found anywhere. However, there is nothing wrong if we try to make our own brownies at home, especially how to make them is also very easy.

- 80 grams of medium protein flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 100 grams dark cooking chocolate
- 2 eggs _
- 80 grams of caster sugar
- 10 grams of cocoa powder
- 15 grams of powdered milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Ingredients for Making Chocolate Jam (Ganache)
- 50 grams dark cooking chocolate
- 20 ml liquid milk
Topping Ingredients:
- Peeled walnuts or almonds

First, we first make chocolate jam or ganache. Heat the dark chocolate along with the milk until the chocolate looks completely melted. Then stir until evenly distributed. Store the milk and chocolate mixture in the freezer.

Next we go straight into the steps to make brownies. Heat the butter with dark chocolate until both melted and mix well. Allow the butter and chocolate mixture to warm.

In a separate bowl or container, combine the two eggs and caster sugar and mix with a whisk.

After the eggs and sugar are mixed, add the flour, milk powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder and stir until evenly distributed.

Pour the melted chocolate and margarine into the mixture and stir again until evenly distributed.

Prepare a baking sheet with a size of 20 x 20 cm or according to taste and then line the pan with baking paper or parchment paper. Pour the batter into the tin with a flat surface.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and then bake the dough for about 25 to 30 minutes. When it is cooked, remove the brownies and let cool.

Once cool enough, brush the brownies with ganache or chocolate sauce and sprinkle walnuts on top. Place the brownies in the refrigerator for an hour until the chocolate sauce has completely hardened then cut into desired pieces and serve.
