How to Make Soft, Chewy and Delicious Green Bean Mochi Cake

How to Make the Stuffing:

  1. For the first one, we will first make the filling for the mochi cake. Before making the mochi cake, it would be better if we prioritize the stuffing. Because this material takes a long time to make, if after the mochi cake is finished and waiting for the filling, it is feared that the dough will dry out and be difficult to make.
  2. As for making this stuffing, you can first soak the green beans in water until they expand and become more brittle for about 2 hours.

  4. Prepare the steamer and put the green beans in it and then steam it for about 30 minutes until it is cooked and expands or blooms.
  5. Remove when this dish is cooked, put it in a blender or blender and pour the coconut milk into it. Blend this material evenly until smooth and soft.

How to Make Mochi Cake:
