How to make Martabak Serabi Solo which is delicious and soft:

  1. To make a dish this time you will be able to do it by preparing a pan. Then put the coconut milk into it and boil this dish until it is cooked and boiling. Don't forget to stir while using low heat so that the coconut milk doesn't break when you cook this dish. 

  2. After boiling, please add salt to the coconut milk and stir again until the coconut milk and salt become more soluble and the ingredients are evenly mixed into it.

  3. Turn off the heat when you feel the coconut milk is cooked and boiling. Only then will you be able to set this dish aside and allow the coconut milk to warm up at room temperature. After that, you will find the coconut milk becomes thicker at the top. Well, please take this part as much as 50 ml. 

  4. Prepare a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients into it evenly. Then stir all these servings until combined and stirred evenly. Enter as much as 30 ml of thick coconut milk into it and do it slowly little by little evenly.

  5. Mix all these ingredients together until there are no lumps. Then let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour. Prepare the mold and spread it evenly using margarine. 

  6. Pour the batter on top and smooth the edges. Cook over low heat until cooked and evenly distributed. Close after the center is hollow.
