How to Make Martabak Tofu with Delicious Spices:

  3. Prepare a skillet on the stove using medium heat. Then then put a little oil into it and wait until the oil becomes hotter evenly in the pan. 

  4. Just put the leeks along with the tofu into it and stir evenly until the water content in the tofu recedes. Just season this dish by using salt, pepper and flavoring. 

  5. Stir again evenly and add the eggs into it. Then stir fry quickly so that the tofu and eggs are evenly mixed and the spices are mixed into it. When finished, then taste the seasoning whether it is right, if not you will be able to lift this dish and set it aside for a while. 

  6. Take a sheet of spring roll skin and fill this dish into it. Then fold it in an elongated rectangular shape. Then set aside in a container and do the same with the remaining dough. 

  7. Reheat the pan and add the oil in it. Then turn on the stove and heat evenly. Only then enter the spring roll dish into it and fry it until it is browned and evenly cooked.
