  • 150 grams corned beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 50 grams of canned mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs _
  • 4 spring onions , finely sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 egg whites for gluing

  5. Take a frying pan and put enough oil in it. After that, just fry the dish over low heat and don't forget to flip it so that the dish cooks evenly.
