Materials

Materials:

  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 100 grams of orange crackers
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 50 grams of crackers
  • 300 ml water
  • 3 stalks caisim, cut into 2 cm
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 scallion , sliced
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Softened seasoning:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 cm kencur

Additional Ingredients:

  • 3 pieces of cooked beef meatballs, cut into pieces
  • 5-8 large red chilies, halved

Preparation for Making Complete Mercon Seblak Complete with Seasonings:

  1. Start this step by first preparing some of the ingredients in the recipe. This way it will be easier for you to make this dish. For that, let's look at the preparation steps below. 

  2. The first ingredient we will prepare is the chicken. Please clean the chicken using clean water evenly. Drizzle the chicken under clean water and stir and knead evenly to clean the mucus and dirt in it.  

  3. When it's done then please remove the chicken from the laundry and set it aside then drain the washing water evenly. Take a pot and put water in it. Then boil the chicken thighs with a little salt. Boil until cooked and remove this dish. 

  4. When it's done then you will be able to shred the chicken once it's cooked. Shred it into smaller pieces and put it in a bowl and set aside for a while before mixing with the other ingredients.

  5. Beat the eggs evenly. Put in a container and set aside temporarily. Then continue to soak the crackers in cold water and let this material sit until it expands and becomes softer.

  1. Remove the crackers after soaking until they expand with water. Then drain this dish for a while before mixing it with other ingredients evenly.

  2. Then after that, prepare a frying pan and heat it over medium heat in a frying pan. Then then put a little cooking oil into it to fry and wait until the oil gets hotter evenly. 

  3. Enter the ground spices and stir-fry this dish evenly and cooked. Then set aside the edge of the stir-fried ingredients. Add the eggs into it and stir this dish until the eggs are grainy and evenly distributed. Only then pour the shredded chicken into it. Stir again evenly.

  4. Enter the caism along with the beef meatballs that have been cut evenly. Then stir and cook until wilted and the meatballs are half cooked and evenly distributed. Only then enter the crackers along with the crackers into it and stir evenly all of these dishes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper for this dish. Add the sugar into it along with the water and mix it evenly. 

  6. Enter the spring onion before lifting along with the chili pieces. Then cook this dish until cooked and evenly distributed.
