  • 1,000 grams of raw aci crackers

  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 300 ml of hot water for soaking
  • 8 chicken eggs
  • 8 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 4 spring onions , finely chopped

Softened seasoning:

  • 20 cloves of garlic
  • 4 curly chilies
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 4 red tomatoes
  • 12 pieces of cayenne pepper
