  • 3 fish balls
  • enough oil for frying
  • 2 sausages _

Softened seasoning:

  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cm kencur / shave
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder

  2. The first ingredient we need to process first is basreng or fried meatballs. Please prepare in advance a knife along with a placemat. Then cut the basreng lengthwise like french fries. 

  3. Do the same for the remaining basreng that is still there. Put in a bowl and set aside for a while before you mix this dish with the other ingredients evenly.

  2.  When it is hot, put the sausage first and fry this dish until it is cooked by stirring it evenly until the sausage becomes more evenly distributed. 

  3. Remove this dish and put it in a container to then set aside for a while before this dish is cooked and mixed with other ingredients evenly. 

  4. Continue to pour in the basreng pieces and cook until the outside is dry and evenly cooked. Remove using a spoon and set aside in a bowl so that the oil drains more evenly.

  5. Prepare the same pan but leave a little oil. Then heat it evenly and pour the ground spices into it then stir evenly and stir-fry this dish until it is cooked and smells delicious in this dish. 

  6. Enter the sausage along with the basreng pieces that you fried earlier. Then stir evenly all these ingredients until combined. 

  7. Don't forget to add salt along with sugar and add a little powdered broth to add flavor to this dish.
