  • 250 grams of low protein flour

Ingredients for Dim Sum Dumplings Filled with Sweet Meat

  • 150 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 an onion, then finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil for frying
  • 75 grams of potatoes, then cut into small squares
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 spring onion, then finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of sago flour and 2 tablespoons of water, then dissolved
  • 50 ml water

How to Make and Cook Halal Sweet Meat Dim Sum Dumplings

  1. The first step is to heat the oil, then fry the onions until fragrant
  2. Next, add the ground beef, stir again until it changes color
