  1. First of all, we prepare in advance the equipment that will be used to make cake dough. This is of course very important because some of these tools are the tools you will need to make cakes. Some of these equipment include a steamer, clean cloth, mixer, basin, muffin tin and parchment paper. By prioritizing preparing the equipment above, then you will not be bothered by having to go back and forth to the kitchen to bring equipment that you have not prepared.
  2. Next, prepare the baking sheet for the cake batter. The trick, cut the parchment paper first using scissors with a round shape of 3 cm in diameter. Do the same with the remaining parchment paper, about enough for the cake dough you made.

  1. After all the equipment is prepared, proceed with preparing a basin close to your reach. Then put in the eggs and baking soda, then stir all these ingredients until they expand and are evenly mixed for about 10 minutes.
  2. After that, pour the coconut milk into it and stir again until evenly distributed until it thickens and the coconut milk blends with the other ingredients.

  4. Finally, add the cooking oil and stir again until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. After that turn off the mixer and set aside.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and do the same for all the remaining pans. Before steaming, please sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Steam in the pan for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
