  • 200 grams of white crackers
  • 3 sausages _
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 3 stalks caisim, cut into pieces
  • 1 sheet of cabbage, sliced
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 spring onion , thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Softened seasoning:

  • 3 red onions
  • 2 curly red chilies
  • 1 large red chili
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  1. To make this dish, the way you can do it is to pay attention to the preparation steps. This step is an important step that will make it easier for you to make this dish. This is because in the preparation step there are several ways to process ingredients and spices in recipes that are important to listen to. 

  2. The first preparation you will be able to do is to process the white crackers. Prepare a container and put white crackers into it. Then add cold water and soak the crackers in the water. 

  3. Let it rise and evenly until the texture of the crackers becomes softer and easy to mix with other ingredients. For that, when you soak this material, set it aside temporarily. 

  4. Done with crackers, please process the sausage. This ingredient needs to be chopped evenly before you mix it with other ingredients. Cut the sausages in a size that is not too thin. Then put it in a bowl and set this dish aside before mixing it evenly.

How to Make Delicious Spicy Seasoned Fried Sausage Seblak:

  1. To make this dish, you will be able to do it by lifting and draining the crackers that you have finished soaking. Remove and strain this dish using a sieve and then set the crackers that have been more fluffy in a container. 

  2. Then prepare a pan on the stove and turn on medium heat. To then enter the oil into it and wait until the oil becomes hotter evenly. 

  3. After that, just put the ground spices into it and stir evenly all this dish until it is mixed and smells good and delicious. 

  4. Then put aside the cooked seasoning stir fry and pour the eggs into it. Then stir all this dish evenly and perfectly. Just pour the sausage into it and stir-fry for a while so that the sausage becomes more evenly spread. 

  5. Enter the caisim along with the chopped cabbage evenly. Then stir all these ingredients until wilted and evenly mixed with the other ingredients.

  6. Enter the crackers into it and stir evenly all this dish until mixed and evenly distributed. Just sprinkle with a little sweet soy sauce and stir until it changes color. 

  7. Add salt and pepper powder to this dish. Then stir until evenly coated with spices. Put the water in it and add the chopped scallions.
