Materials

Martabak Leather Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of high protein flour

Egg Dough Ingredients:

  • 25 grams of scallions, finely sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 of an onion, finely chopped
  • 2 duck eggs , beaten
  • 1 leek , chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder

Filling Material:

  • 200 grams ground beef (can be replaced with mutton)
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves of red onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ready-to-use curry
  • 1 spring onion , finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

How to Make Martabak Skin:

  1. This step we will start first by preparing the ingredients to make the matabaka skin dough evenly. This method is important because in making this dish, the dough needs to be rested evenly.   2. To make a dish of martabak skin, you will be able to do this by preparing a container and then inserting it into flour along with salt. Stir thoroughly all these servings until mixed and evenly distributed.

How to Make the Filling:

  5.  Flatten the dough and roll out evenly. Then fry in hot oil evenly. Combine the meat mixture with the eggs and mix thoroughly all of these servings until combined. 

  6. Put it on top of the skin dough and fold it in an envelope shape until it forms a box and fry until cooked. Don't forget to flip it so that it cooks evenly.
