Cimol Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg of starch
  • Hot water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 spring onion , thinly sliced
  • Enough cooking oil

Seblak Seasoning:

  • 3 red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 cm kencur
  • Salt to taste
  • Sufficient seasoning
  • 1 sheet of lime leaf

How to Make Cimol Bandung:

  1. To start this step, we will first pay attention to how to make the cimol. This method is an important step to make it easier for you to serve delicious dishes from the Cimol dish this time. Prepare in advance a basin or a container along with all the ingredients to make cimol evenly. 

  2.  In a container, please mix the starch along with the spices, namely garlic that has been mashed together with ground pepper and season with salt evenly. Stir all of these dishes until combined.
