How to Make Vinegar Sauce
- Take all the vinegar sauce ingredients that you have prepared.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Once mixed then set aside.
- Heat a frying pan and oil then add the ground spices, lemon grass and bay leaves and stir-fry until it smells good.
- Put the chicken meat along with the coconut milk into your input and stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Continue to simmer until the chicken is tender. Once tender you can take the chicken and shred it.
