How to Make Cake Dough:

  1. Before making cake dough, please grease a baking sheet with a size of 24x24x4 cm first using margarine evenly. This is used so that the pan does not stick when used to bake cakes in the oven.

  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites along with the cream of tartar and salt until they are half fluffy at the highest speed on a mixer. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
  6. After that, add the flour mixture little by little into the egg white mixture while continuing to stir slowly until evenly mixed.
  7. Then put the dough in the prepared pan and then flatten the top using a knife.
  8. Place the baking sheet on a larger baking sheet and pour a little water into it. Then bake under fire at 160 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  9. Put the cooked cake into the ring with the sides covered with mica plastic, then set aside temporarily.
