Main Ingredients for Laksa Noodles:

  • 500 grams laksa noodles/white noodles
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500 ml shrimp stock
  • 2 stalks of laksa/kesom leaves
  • 250 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of good ebi, soak in hot water until soft, then finely mash
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 gr thinly sliced ​​fish balls
  • 50 gr finely sliced ​​cucumber
  • 1 boiled chicken egg, cut into 2 parts
  • 100 gr bean sprouts soaked in hot water
  • 6 prawns, boiled and peeled
  • 2 pieces of fried tofu, cut into 4 parts

Sprinkling Ingredients:

  • Chopped laksa leaves
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • chopped mint leaves

  • 2 lemongrass stalks take the white part and finely slice

  • 4 pecans

  • 1 cm turmeric

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 3 dried red chilies and soak in hot water for 20 minutes and drain
  • 6 curly red chilies

How to make your own special and delicious yet simple laksa noodle

How to Make Laksa Noodle Seasoning:

  1. Puree the spices using a pestle or blender, making sure they are smooth enough.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet to medium heat.
  3. Add the ground spices and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the finely ground ebi, then stir-fry again until fragrant.
