How to Make Bakpao Stuffing:
- Let's start this step by first making the stuffing for the buns. But before that, we will prepare the equipment that will be needed to make the dough this time. Some of the equipment that may be needed include a steamer, a container, a whisk and a grinding machine. By preparing this equipment, you will be able to easily make this dish.
- Now, if you have prepared all the equipment, please proceed with washing the black beans first using clean water to remove dirt on the beans.
- After that, continue to boil the beans using water in a saucepan until these ingredients become evenly softer.
