  • 4 cm galangal

Tips for Preparing Chicken Before Processing:

  1. Do the first method by cleaning the main ingredient, namely the chicken. This is very important because there are some parts of the chicken that we have to throw away because these parts cannot be consumed because they contain a lot of dirt and germs.
