  • 1 chicken
  • fine salt to taste
  • sweet soy sauce
  • enough water to boil
  • sugar to taste
  • enough oil for frying
  • enough seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves (washed)
  • 1 lemongrass stalk (bruised)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Ground Chicken Seasoning:

  • 15 pieces of green chili
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 10 red onions
  • 3 large red chilies
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm turmeric (peeled the skin)
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 cm ginger (peeled)
  • 2 grains of roasted hazelnut

Tips for Preparing Main Ingredients:

  1. For the first way that can be done is to clean the chicken. This is very important because in chicken there are several parts that must be removed and cleaned which part cannot be consumed because it accumulates germs and dirt.
