  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams of white butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon chocolate paste

Main Ingredients:

  • 8 grams instant yeast
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 25 grams of powdered sugar

Filling Material:

  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • 30 grams of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 10 grams of wheat flour
  • 15 grams of cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk

How to Make Soft, Fluffy and Steamed Tiramisu Sweet Dumplings

How to Make Bakpao Stuffing:

  1. Please prepare a pot on the stove using medium heat. Then pour the liquid milk into it along with the flour, cornstarch, grated cheese and sugar. Stir all these ingredients until thickened and bubbling. Turn off the stove for a while.
  2. Then pour the egg yolk into it. To then stir the eggs quickly so as not to clump. Stir until released and turn the heat back on the stove. Then cook this ingredient until it explodes.
  3. Remove this dish from the stove and set aside in a container to then cool temporarily in the refrigerator.

How to Make Bakpao:

  1. To make dumplings, please first make the main ingredient for tiramisu, namely coffee water. It is important to know that there is a certain amount of water to make this coffee so that the taste of this dish is just right and delicious. Namely, the dose of coffee water is made from 1 teaspoon of instant coffee mixed with 25 ml of water and temporarily cooled.
  2. Meanwhile, we will make the ingredients for the dumplings. The trick, prepare a container and mix some ingredients into it such as flour, tang mien flour, baking powder, water and powdered sugar. Stir all these ingredients evenly until combined.
  3. Then, knead until immediately and enter the starter ingredients into this dough. Stir and knead again until all these ingredients are smooth and do not stick to the hands.
  4. Add the white butter along with the salt and stir until evenly distributed. Do not forget to knead this ingredient properly. Add the remaining dough with coffee water and mix well.
  5. Form the dough into a round and let it rest for about 10 minutes to make it more fluffy.
  6. Knead the dough by hand. Measure as much as 30 grams and do it on each dough. As for the coffee dough, weigh as much as 10 grams. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  7. Grind and flatten, then stack the coffee mixture on top of the white dough. Roll back and fill the center with stuffing. Shape into ovals and let the dough rest for 30 minutes until it is twice as big.
  8. Steam in the steamer for 10 minutes until cooked.
  9. Lift and serve.
