  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 75 ml hot oil
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, burned, mashed
  • 2 lemongrass stalks, the white is taken, finely sliced
  • 2 large red chilies, seeds removed, finely chopped
